Announcing the launch of launches today and it has been an exciting journey!

The website offers a free strength training program based on bodyweight progressions which I have been testing and refining extensively over the last couple of years.

A big thank you to all of you who have been providing feedback on the protocols and progressions, and have helped make this a free resource which now rivals (and often surpasses) other bodyweight programs on the market.

Most sections on this site will be regularly updated, as I intend for this resource to be a dynamic document reflecting current best practices and understanding of bodyweight strength training. New articles will also be added regularly.

Bodyweight training has been a source of great progress and development for me, both as a practitioner and as a trainer, and I hope will now encourage more people to take up what has often been a misunderstood and under-rated training method.

Meanwhile, I look forward to meeting some of you in the local parks and both indoor and outdoor gyms.

  1. Thank you for this excellent site full of great information, it's definetely the most user-friendly and the best i've seen the last days while i've been looking for programs and ways to lose some weight while gaining strength.

I will put it to great use, bodyweight training was my go-to thing as my equipment is incredibly limited, as in I don't have any at all. That includes no pull-up bars either sadly, but i'll make without them for the time being.

  2. Thanks so much for this, I will definitely be reading your articles, and I already plan to start some of the progressions you've posted so far. I use more iron to train than body weight exercises, but a muscle up has been on my to-learn list for quite some time.

This site looks great so far, keep it up!

  3. I generally dont comment on things but i wanted to say thank you for taking the effort and the time to throw this out there for everyone. Very use friendly. Very comprehensive. No bs. I dont thnk u could find a better plan. I look frward to sing this and following you. Cheers from New Zealand.
